Multiple different Dimple Sheet products from one Alpha Marathon line with quick changing forming rolls.

Alpha Marathon Film Extrusion Technologies Inc., a Canadian Film and sheet extrusion company, has recently delivered to a North America customer a specialty dimple sheet line to make three different type of product from one single line including inline lamination system for nonwoven fabric.

 The 3000 mm wide line is powered by multiple extruders producing 1000 Kg/hr extruded product. Fully automatic winder, in line slitters, cut to length, stretch wrap, label and eject finished shrink wrap rolls on take away conveyor.

Moving on tracks, changing different type of dimple forming cylinders require less than 2 hour.

One meter diameter forming dimple cylinder with internal optimized cooling system, coupled with special extrusion engineering designs systems, Alpha Dimple sheet line, allow the use of 100% recycle granulated material and flakes, assuring high quality yield & quality, maintaining constant thickness, flatness and pin hole free product.
