ALPHA DUAL MODULE SYSTEM^TM BLOWN FILM DIE

 for Multi-Layer Extrusion improves film properties to meet your needs in the packaging, medical, food and other industries.

AMDS Modular Die can be from 1 to more than 50 Module

(PATENT # 2,508,992).

The 9-module-18-layer die is fed by 9 extruders:

A/A//B/B//C/C//D/D//E/E//F/F//G/G//H/H//I/I

The AMDS^TM module consists of two identical whirlpool shape spirals: one in clockwise direction and another in counterclockwise direction. This reduces the gauge variation in the layer produced by combining two layers, any gauge variation in one layer will be cancelled by the other, and this produces a stronger and thinner final product.
